I work on various research and outreach projects in the Western Center for Food Safety, and assisting with tree nut food safety research and outreach.

• Coordination with UC Food Safety and CPS on a five commodity-specific training programs for CalFERT (California Food Emergency Response Team) under the RRT grant from FDA.
• Maintain information on nut safety (publication list, outbreaks and recalls) on the UC Food Safety website.
