In an effort to determine what unmet training needs exist for the rural communities that you work with, specifically on the proper care and handling of animals in disasters, the Western Institute for Food Safety and Security is conducting a brief survey. Your input can help us develop training materials that will be relevant and valuable to your agency or individuals whom you represent.
We understand that your time is very valuable, so we have designed our survey to be brief. We estimate that it will take approximately 10 minutes to complete.

We would appreciate your response by April 25, 2014.
Your input is very important to us. Any information you provide will be kept strictly confidential and will be used only for informing the course design team as to what topics would be most relevant and valuable to your agency or other stakeholders whom you represent.
