WIFSS has developed a supplemental Food Safety Modernization Act – Produce Safety Rule (FSMA-PSR) online course. The objectives of this course are to provide specific examples and information to California Specialty Crop Growers that may not be covered in the FDA required Produce Safety Alliance Growers Training. This is an online self-paced course, which has been broken down into small easy to complete sections. It can be used for gaining more in-depth knowledge or used for employee training. WIFSS has also developed training logs and recordkeeping forms you can use to document activities on your farm as required by FSMA-PSR. All materials are available in English and Spanish to meet the diverse needs of California specialty crop growers!
